The Peak   

This location has always been considered an exclusive Hong Kong address. Types of housing vary from apartments, modern townhouses to very prestigious residences. Jardines Lookout

Situated above Causeway Bay and Happy Valley. Popular location for its close proximity to the City. Older and newer buildings blend to offer a variety of housing. Good mountain and City views.  A shopping complex with a Wellcome Supermarket. Convenient to the French International Primary and Secondary Schools. Approximate commuting time to Central by car 20 minutes.

Shouson Hill 

Shouson Hill is located very close to the City with quick access via The Aberdeen Tunnel. The area     is very quiet with many green belts surrounding the mostly lowrise apartment blocks. There are high standard Townhouse developments for larger type housing. A new Park'N'Shop supermarket has opened to cater to the area. Close proximity to the very popular Ocean Park. Deep Water Bay 

Deep Water Bay is situated between Shouson Hill and Repulse Bay. It is a small location with   limited accomodation. Repulse Bay 

Repulse Bay is on the southside heading out of the City. Very popular residential suburbia with beautiful views across the Bay. Very convenient location and good transportation. A wide choice of residential apartments and houses of all sizes and budgets. A Shopping complex with a Wellcome supermarket, and fine restaurants. The site of Hong Kong International School Junior Campus and   the Lutheran Church. Approximate commuting time to Central by car 25 minutes.

South Bay

Is a very condensed residential area of four highrise developments at the end of the Bay with various lowise buildings and townhouses situated on the approach. Very peaceful location ideal for walking.

Chung Hom Kok 

Chung Hom Kok nestled between Repulse Bay and Stanley is a small suburb comprising of low-rise apartments and townhouse developments. There is a small shopping complex with a Wellcome Supermarket and Hairdresser. A great family beach and good walking stretch. Close to the new Stanley Plaza. Excellent public transportation. Stanley 

Famous for the tourist attraction of "The Stanley Market", many restaurants and for its village atmosphere. Stanley is the expats popular choice. There are mainly lowrise apartments and townhouse complexes and the rental demand is always high. A new shopping complex "Stanley Plaza" is now open with a large Park'N'Shop Supermarket and specialty shops. Tai Tam 

Is the home of the American Country Club.  Tai Tam is within walking distance from Stanley.         The  housing is a mixture of low and high-rise residential developments. The Redhill Peninsula

Shek O is fast becoming a much sought after trendy retreat for expatriates.
